Vienna is an armchair that over time has found various evolutions and variations. The armrest, in different shapes and sizes, gives it a different image every time and personalizes it.

STRUCTURE

It is made with a 130 x 5 mm thick plate, of variable length depending on the distance between the seats. The fixing brackets of the backrest, welded to the structure, are arranged in 50 x 10 mm plate with four holes per plate: two with a diameter of 12 mm for fixing the backrest and two of diameter 9 mm for fixing the seat. The ends of the plate are drilled with a diameter of 11 mm for fixing the armrest. The floor base is made of 3 mm thick pressed sheet metal, with a tubular 120 mm diameter that supports the entire armchair.

BACKREST

The supporting structure is made of tubular steel with a square section 20 x 20 x 2 mm with reinforcement joists for the support of the padding and two brackets made of 50 x 10 mm plate perforated and folded to give the possibility to vary the inclination of the backrest. The padding is in cold-foamed polyurethane foam in mold with a density of 60 kg / mc of anatomical shape with kidney rest and headrest. The cover is provided with a zipper for complete removability.

SEAT

The supporting structure consists of a 13 mm thick beech plywood frame equipped with four threaded bushings for fixing to the supporting structure of the armchair. Padding in cold-foamed polyurethane foam in mold with density of 60 Kg/mc; Completely removable cover.
