STRUCTURE

The supporting structure of the armchair is made of tubular steel bar 60x60x3 mm, equipped with holes for inserting the pins welded on the backrest frame and its fixing. Laser drilling ensures maximum precision. On the front face of the bar is welded the side of the armchair in tubular steel with rectangular section that houses the joint in pressed sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm for the rotation of the seat. The joint is equipped with an eyelet for interlocking the seat and avoiding a possible accidental exit. At the side is also welded an iron plate, bent and perforated, 4 mm thick, which acts as a seat for the armrest. On the lower face of the bar is fixed the support foot of the armchair, made with a tubular steel part with a circular section of thickness 3 mm and a diameter of 75 mm, and the part in contact with the floor in pressed sheet metal 3 mm thick equipped with three holes of diameter 11 mm, one on the front and two on the back, which serve as housing for the floor fixing screws of the armchair.
The feet are present on the structure on average every 2/3 seats: this system allows you to have fewer obstacles in the floor cleaning operations, making them even faster.

 

BACKREST

The frame is made of tubular steel measuring 20x20x2 mm, with 30×3 mm flat reinforcement joists for supporting the padding. At the base is welded a molded L-shaped sheet of 60x60x3 dimensions, to which two pins with a diameter of 20 mm are welded that allow the backrest to be fixed to the load-bearing bar of the armchair. The padding is made of flexible polyurethane foam cold foamed in the mold, with a density of 60 kg / mc. On half of the back of the backrest is mounted a 3 m thick molded shockproof ABS protection panel, for greater seat protection.

 

SEAT

The frame is made of tubular steel measuring 20x20x2 mm, equipped with five elastic bands equipped with hooking rings to support the padding. On each of the two sides are welded two pins of 12 mm in diameter, one of which with milled that allows the locking inside of the sheet for the rotation of the seat. The rotational movement of the seat is a gravity system by means of a counterweight welded to the rear of the frame. The padding is in flexible polyurethane foam cold foamed in the mold with a density of 60 kg / mc. The seat is fully upholstered but, on request, a 3 mm thick shockproof molded ABS panel can be mounted in the lower part.
