BACKREST

Made with 12 mm thick beech plywood frame hot shaped. To anchor the backrest to the sides of the armchair, four metal brackets are used that are grafted onto the supporting side. The backrest is then fixed by screws. The padding is made of flexible cold-foamed polyurethane, with anatomical shapes and backrests, with a density of 50 kg / mc.

SEAT

The frame is made of tubular steel, measuring 20x20x2 mm, equipped with five elastic bands equipped with hooking rings to be mounted on the frame and to support the padding. On each of the two sides of the frame are welded two pins of 12 mm in diameter, one with milling that allows the locking inside of the sheet for the rotation of the seat. The rotational movement of the seat is achieved with a gravity system, by means of a counterweight welded to the rear of the frame. The padding is made of flexible polyurethane foam cold foamed in the mold with a density of 60 kg / mc. A 3 mm thick molded shockproof ABS panel is mounted at the bottom of the seat for added protection.
