WAVE

STRUCTURE
Consisting of a plate 130 x 5 mm thick, it has variable length depending on the distance between the seats. The fixing brackets of the backrest, welded to the structure, are arranged in 50 x 12 mm plate with four holes per plate: two with a diameter of 12 mm for fixing the backrest and two of diameter 9 mm for fixing the seat. At both ends there are holes for the chain assembly of the structures and for fixing the side panel of the armchair. The floor base is made of 3 mm thick pressed sheet metal, with a tubular 120 mm diameter that supports the entire armchair.
BACKREST
The backrest is made with a 15 mm thick beech plywood load-bearing panel completely covered with holes made for fixing it to the supporting structure of the armchair by means of hidden screws. The upper part of the panel has a curved cut (wave) that characterizes the armchair. On the front of the panel are mounted two special Z-shaped brackets that allow the mounting of the backrest padding. The backrest is printed with an anatomical shape that guarantees aesthetics and comfort. The padding is in polyurethane foam with a density of 45Kg|mc glued on a 6 mm thick birch plywood support with slots for mounting it on the supporting panel of the armchair. The shape is anatomical and equipped with a kidney rest. The cover is completely removable. In the case of replacement of the padded part of the backrest, disassembly operations are fast and easy to perform.
SEAT
The supporting structure consists of a 13 mm thick beech plywood frame equipped with four threaded bushings for fixing to the supporting structure of the armchair. Padding in cold-foamed polyurethane foam in mold with density of 60 Kg/mc; Completely removable cover.
